VID-WIN: Fast Video Event Matching with Query-Aware Windowing at the Edge for the Internet of Multimedia Things
In this work, a distributed video event-based adaptivewindowing technique is presented which is deployed across the edge and high-end resources to support the CEP queries. This paper presents VID-WIN, a 2-stage allied windowing that runs on edge and cloud.

Knowledge Graph Driven Approach to Represent Video Streams for Spatiotemporal Event Pattern Matching in Complex Event Processing System
The work proposes a semantic representation technique to detect event patterns from unstructured video in CEP systems. We present the Video Event Knowledge Graph (VEKG), a graph driven approach to represent video streams and enables the CEP system to detect visual patterns.
